To put your mind at ease, we offer the convenience of boarding with the advantage of veterinary supervision.
Boarding Requirements
To be fair to your pet and others that stay with us, we require that all pets be free from fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites and up to date on required vaccines.
Our friendly and professional staff takes great care of our pet guests. We understand that each pet is unique, and we will make every effort to ensure that your pet is safe, happy, and healthy during their stay with us. We’ll treat your pet with compassion and care, and provide individualized TLC until you return!
Preparing For Your Pet’s Stay
We recommend you bring only the bare necessities for your pet, like special diets or medications. Our focus on cleanliness requires that most washable items be sanitized daily, including bedding and toys. If you must leave personal items with your pet, we cannot guarantee that those items will be returned in the same condition. We provide plenty of soft bedding and toys to keep your pets happy!
We welcome your questions about our boarding facilities and policies, and are eager to discuss how we can make your pet’s stay as pleasant as possible, while alleviating any stress you may be feeling about leaving your pet while you travel. Let us answer all your questions and put your concerns to rest.
Upon Returning Home
Even though most pets eat and drink normally while staying with us, they often go straight to their food and water dishes as soon as they get home and act like they’ve been deprived! We believe this is because they are happy to be back in familiar surroundings and back to their normal routine, not because they weren’t well taken care of while boarding. Please rest assured that we take care of your pets like they’re our own!
